Apply Design Thinking to Develop More Innovative Workshops, Meetings, & Programs
This online workshop designed to help you create and prototype your own unique activities to facilitate in workshops, program, meetings, etc. is a part of our design thinking train the trainer program. It is the result of an opportunity area we've uncovered that speakers, trainers, and facilitators could leverage to design and deliver better and more memorable sessions.
Your goal with this workshop is to create unique activities for your own programs -- the more unique and custom to you and your audience the better. Perhaps you invent something that has never been done before...and a physical object is a part of that. You can also build off of activity structures, frameworks, or templates. There are many great activity toolkits out there for facilitating workshops, design thinking, or just group meetings in general. We've created our own pdf worksheet book of activities that we facilitate in our sessions that we include in this online course. You can print any of the 40 sheets off and in the blank space sketch how you might customize the activity....then storyboard the activities you'd like to do in a sequence. You can also create your own activities on blank sheets of paper and add them into your sequence that you lay out.
This online workshop course is in development and in prototype mode. You can get started today though while we keep iterating it to make it better. You can purchase this as a stand alone workshop but it would make more sense as a part of the train the trainer program.
